1
Pricing Plans
Page Mage offers two types of pricing plans: Monthly Subscription and Pay-As-You-Go.
1.1
Monthly Subscription
  1. Monthly Subscription plan options are:
    Monthly Fee Montly Listing Limit
    Free 24 listings
    $9.95 Unlimited listings

  2. Unused Monthly Subscription listings in a given month are not retained for use in following months.
  3. Once paid, the Monthly Subscription fee is nonrefundable.
1.2
Pay-As-You-Go
  1. With Pay-As-You-Go, you purchase credits that are redeemed in exchange for listings that exceed your monthly limit - when you need more listings, you purchase additional credits. For example, if you are on a 24 listings per month plan, and wish to post 10 additional listings for the month but do not want to step up to the next monthly plan, you can buy 50 credits and those credits can be used to purchase the additional listings.
  2. Once purchased, all credits are nonrefundable.
  3. Credits are deducted from your balance when a listing is published live on eBay.
  4. The price of credits is currently $0.10 per credit. This price is subject to change at Page Mage's discretion.
  5. The publishing fee for each listing is 5 credits.
  6. Pricing for new features will be as announced by Page Mage from time to time.
2 Payments
2.1 Payment Process. As part of the online registration process, you will be prompted to select a pricing plan. Once you have selected a pricing plan, you will be prompted to indicate which of the available payment methods you wish to use, e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc., and enter the relevant billing/payment information. If you have a promotional code, you may enter that code where indicated on the registration form. Once your order is complete, you will be provided an opportunity to review a summary of the order prior to placing the order. After you have successfully placed the order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
2.2 Payment. Payment will be made by a valid credit card accepted by Page Mage, via PayPal, or through another available method, as indicated on the registration form. Fees are payable in U.S. dollars. For Pay-As-You-Go plans, each one-time payment will be processed promptly following your order. For Monthly Subscription plans, Page Mage will bill you on a monthly basis in advance - at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle during which you are a subscriber, you will be charged the applicable Page Mage Monthly Subscription fee for the plan you have selected.
2.3 Updates to Your Account. You must keep all information in your account current, including your billing address (and, if applicable, the expiration date of your credit card). You may request to change the payment method associated with your account. Your notice to Page Mage will not affect charges submitted to your account before Page Mage could reasonably act on your request.
2.4
Problems with Payments. If your credit card information on file has expired, you will be requested to update your account. Your account may be suspended or terminated for non-payment. You will reimburse Page Mage for any costs arising from collections activities related to your account and your use of Page Mage Services.
2.5 Unsubscribing/Account Closure. You may close your account by emailing us at support at pagemage dot com to request closure, by sending us a request using the Contact Us form on the Page Mage website, or by going through the account closure process available on the website. When unsubscribing from a Monthly Subscription plan account, the plan will continue until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. Account closure will not affect any scheduled listings that are to be published during the subsequent billing cycle (i.e., such listings will still be published, even though the account is closed for billing purposes). There is no refund for a partial month.
2.6 Changes to Fees. Page Mage may change this Fee Policy effective seven (7) days after those changes have been posted on our website, and may add new fees (including but not limited to excess storage fees, as stated in Section 5.2 of the End User Agreement) effective immediately upon posting the new fees.
2.7 Discounts, Credits and Refunds. Page Mage may, in its discretion, offer discounts, coupons or promotions that may reduce applicable fees. If there is a problem with the Services, you may request a credit be applied to your account by contacting Page Mage customer service. Credits may be granted in Page Mage's discretion. Any refund will be made as a credit to your Page Mage account. You will not be entitled to a refund in the event that Page Mage cancels your account because of a violation by you of the End User Agreement or the Page Mage website Terms of Use, or if you have not used the Page Mage Services.
2.8 Account Inactivity. If you have not logged into your Page Mage account for a period of 12 months, your account will be considered inactive and will be assessed an inactivity fee of 100 credits per month of inactivity until your Pay-As-You-Go credit balance is zero. Once an account becomes inactive, you can reactivate it by logging into your account through the Page Mage website.
3 Changing Pricing Plans
3.1 Conversion from Pay-As-You-Go to Monthly Subscription. Credits paid for in the Pay-As-You-Go plan cannot be applied to payment for a Monthly Subscription plan. If you initially purchase Pay-As-You-Go credits, and subsequently enroll in a Monthly Subscription, any balance of Pay-As-You-Go credits remaining in your account will be retained and used if and when you exceed your Monthly Subscription's monthly listing limit as described in Section 5.2 below.
3.2 Upgrading Monthly Subscription. Upgrades will take effect immediately after you elect to upgrade (i.e., your monthly listing limit will immediately be increased to the new plan). You will also immediately be charged an initial upgrade fee, which is the amount equal to the difference in monthly cost between your existing plan and that of the new plan. The recurring monthly fee will be changed to that of the new plan, and will take effect on the next billing cycle. The monthly billing date will not be changed as a result of the change in plan.
3.3 Downgrading Monthly Subscription. Downgrades will not take effect immediately, and your existing plan will continue until the end of the then-current month. There is no refund for a partial month. The recurring monthly fee will be changed to that of the new plan as of the next billing cycle.
4 Options When Account Limits Are Reached
4.1 Monthly Listing Limits. If you are a Monthly Subscription plan user, you will be notified when the monthly listing limit is reached. If you have credits, those credits can be applied against listings that exceed your monthly listing limit (and you will be able to publish the listings without interruption). Otherwise, you will be offered an opportunity to purchase an increased listing limit for the then-current month, or to upgrade your subscription or purchase additional listings, as applicable.
4.2 Pay-As-You-Go Credits. When your credits balance is insufficient to permit you to publish a listing, you will be prompted to purchase additional credits. You will not be able to publish listings until your credits balance is increased sufficiently to permit such publishing.
